Currently, I am part of the Genpact AI Practice and Innovation Labs, specializing in the full cycle of product design. My work bridges the gap between the excitement of AI innovation and the discipline of human-centric design. Whether it’s launching a massive new initiative or sweating the micro-interactions, I own the outcome.
